Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana frozen if possible
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen if possible
  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini frozen if possible
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts or chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder Nuzest is my favorite brand
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy with unsweeted coconut shreds and raw cacao nibs if you are feeling fancy.
