Tangy Green Smoothie
Ingredients

cup
Filtered water
1
Medium
Green apple
Cored and roughly chopped
1/2
Frozen banana
2
cups (or 2 big handfuls)
Baby spinach
1/4
Avocado
2
Tbs
Hemp hearts
1
tsp
Chlorella powder
optional
1
tsp
Cinnamon
1
tsp
Ground ginger
optional
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes:
To make lower sugar, simply omit the banana.
To make sweeter, add a full banana or add a pitted date to the smoothie.
Spirulina powder is a great alternative if you do not have chlorella powder.
