Tangy Green Smoothie {low sugar + alkalizing}
Green smoothies and I have been in a love affair for several years now and it is hard to imagine my daily life without them. They truly are a staple in my diet and for good reason! Green smoothies are packed with fiber, antioxidants, essential minerals, and a plethora of vitamins. They are a fabulous way to get in a great amount of nutrients into your beautiful body!
This tangy smoothie is one that always makes me feel energized and refreshed! It is alkalizing and anti-inflammatory which is probably why I crave it after a night of indulgence (ahem champagne with friends on my birthday night). This one is a bit “hardcore” but can easily be made sweeter with more banana or the addition of pitted dates. Cheers!
