Matcha Overnight Oats

Matcha Overnight Oats

Ahhh matcha. The super trendy green tea powder that all the millennials are drinking and posting on Instagram. I am unashamed to say that I am one of those millennials sucked into the matcha trendiness. It would be a big fat lie if I said that I haven’t been late to my 8 am classes because I had to have my morning matcha latte.

Although it might seem that it is just a fad, matcha is actually packed with nutrition and health benefits. It has more caffeine and antioxidants than standard green tea which are a couple of benefits that I can roll with.

I got inspired to mix matcha into my oats because I thought it would save time for me in the mornings! Creamy oats + all the benefits of my beloved trendy-antioxidant rich-caffeine filled matcha?! YES PLEASE.
