Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake
This peanut butter chocolate shake is all my favorite things in one! I am the biggest fan of peanut butter and chocolate together and this smoothie is the best for getting my fix. The frozen banana and frozen riced cauliflower make it so creamy! I find frozen riced cauliflower at almost every grocery store these days and it is truly a game changer in smoothies-you can’t even taste it. I love having this shake after a workout or even as a meal replacement as it is so filling! See some of my protein powder recommendations below.
Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder see notes for favorite brands
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs if desired.
