Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder see notes for favorite brands
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs if desired.
