avocado fries with chili lime sauce

avocado fries with chili lime sauce

One of my favorite things about the warmer months is the abundance of fresh produce that is in season. Some of my favorites are peaches, berries, zucchini, and California Avocados! I try to get my hands on as much fresh in-season produce as possible and then come up with fun ways to enjoy them. Avocado fries are such a fun way to enjoy the creamy green fruit.

These baked avocado fries are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside and pair amazingly with the chipotle lime dipping sauce! They make a great replacement to traditional fries as a side dish to a burger but also be enjoyed as a snack or appetizer. I know this is going to be a recipe I will be making over over all avocado season long!

What you will need for the fries:

1 ripe California Avocado

Coconut flour

Almond flour

Spices

egg

All simple ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen! The spices can be changed for your own liking-I used a mixture of smoked paprika and garlic but even just salt and pepper would work so well!
